重阳节的由来重阳节已有多年的历史，重阳节的起源可以推到春秋战国时期，当时重阳已受到人们重视，但只是在帝宫中进行的活动。

“重阳节”名称见于记载却在三国时代。据《九日与钟繇书》记载：“岁往月来，忽复九月九日。九为阳数，而日月并应，俗嘉其名，以为宜于长久，故以享宴高会”。重阳节在唐朝被定为正式节日。从此以后，宫廷民间一起庆祝重阳节，在节日期间所进行的活动一直流传至今。
